Currently I’m working as a sr. project manager / team lead, responsible for the whole cycle from intake to invoicing and support for my own portfolio of customers and projects. I like the challenge to capture and understand your knowledge to design and implement systems that are future proof. Motivating a team and empower them to create future proof, thus maintainable and extendable, solutions in a great work atmosphere is my goal.

I do not work for clients but work with my clients. This increases trust, the speed of acting together and leads to higher efficiency.

I worked for a lot of small, medium companies as well as international enterprises like Unilever, Mars (Masterfoods), BBC, CIZ, KPN, Fortis and Etam Groep. I’ve had a great time on a big diversity of projects as a developer, designer, team lead and sr. project manager in small and larger projects (2 – 75 team members).
